What do I need to provide?
A short overview of your product and tools, who is on call, and any existing docs. For a postmortem, your timeline, chat logs or notes. Rough notes are fine.

Which formats do you deliver in?
Google Docs or Word by default. I can also format it for Confluence or Notion so you can paste it straight in.
