You are responsible for all costs associated with any paid third-party applications (e.g., premium AI services, CRM subscriptions, payment gateways) that are integrated into the n8n workflow. You must provide the necessary paid accounts and API keys. My service fee covers only the development of the
On which account will the workflow/agent be built?
The workflow/agent will be built directly within your n8n account (whether Cloud, Self-Hosted, or Desktop). This is critical to ensure that all API keys, credentials, and data remain securely under your control and are managed by your infrastructure.
What happens if I need changes after the delivery?
The gig includes a set number of revisions (e.g., 3-5 days of support) after the final delivery to fix any bugs or make minor adjustments to the logic. Any significant feature additions or major structural changes requested after final sign-off will be considered a new project.
Will you maintain or manage the workflow after deployment?
My service focuses solely on the design, development, and testing of the n8n workflow. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management are not included unless specified in a separate, ongoing retainer agreement.
