About this gig

I will do a WCAG accessibility audit and student data privacy review for your school WordPress website

Is your school website hard to use with a screen reader or keyboard? Are you unsure what data your forms, plugins, and third-party tools collect from students and parents? I review school WordPress websites for accessibility and data privacy, then give you a clear, prioritized report your staff can act on without technical skills.

What's included:

  • WCAG accessibility checks on key pages, covering screen reader access, keyboard navigation, alt text, headings, and color contrast
  • Plugin audit and review of third-party scripts such as analytics, tracking pixels, and embedded tools
  • Check of forms and where submissions are stored
  • Review of your cookie consent notice and privacy policy against what the site actually does
  • Prioritized issue report with severity ratings
  • Plugin list with keep, replace, or remove recommendations
  • One-page accessibility and privacy checklist for school staff

Hi, I’m Samuel, a web developer with 7 years of experience building WordPress websites. I’ve worked on e-learning platforms, education sites, and children’s websites, so I understand how schools need their pages to work for students, parents, and staff. My focus now is WCAG accessibility reviews and student data protection checks, with clear, prioritized reports school staff can act on. I keep communication simple and respond quickly. Send me your school’s website and goals, and I’ll confirm exactly what’s included before you order. Let’s make your site easier for everyone to use.
