FAQ
Is the artwork manually redrawn?
Yes. I manually recreate the artwork using vector tools rather than relying on automatic tracing. The amount of detail and achievable accuracy depends on the reference image.
Which file formats will I receive?
Your included formats depend on the package you select. Available formats may include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PSD, PNG and JPG. Please check your package details for the exact deliverables.
Can you recreate a blurry or pixelated logo?
In most cases, yes. Please send the best available reference image first. If important details are missing or unclear, I may need additional guidance before recreating them accurately.
Can you recreate detailed illustrations or complex artwork?
I can handle many detailed designs, depending on their complexity. Please contact me with the reference image before ordering so I can assess the work and recommend a suitable package.
Can you redesign logo or create a new concept?
This gig focuses on recreating existing artwork and making agreed adjustments. A completely new logo concept or extensive redesign is a different scope and may require a custom offer.
Can you finish my order within an hour?
Delivery depends on the complexity of the artwork and the current workload. I manually recreate each design, so please provide the reference first if you have a deadline.
What do you need from me to start?
Please provide your reference image, the required file formats, any color or shape instructions, and details about where you intend to use the artwork.
