What do i need to get started?
I need a rough sketch/CAD/PDF or Google map aerial to understand the area. Notes and a sample style would be welcome too. If you need particular details of something illustrated, please send images. In case of any doubt, please contact me, i'll get back to you ASAP.
Do you offer Site Plan designing services or Site Plan Illustration/renderings?
My work is almost exclusively site plan illustration/rendering and map illustrations. To clarify I take pre-planned drawings and make them presentable. I also take up simple concept design work(accompanied with a sketch and rough dimensions). For more info, contact me before placing an order.
Do you offer quick delivery for urgent work?
Yes, please contact me for quicker delivery and I can offer faster deliveries at a fee.
What sets you apart from other sellers?
I always deliver above my clients expectations no matter the size of the project.
Can the revisions be utilized at any time?
The free revisions are applicable only during the order duration. Once the order is completed, if you need any modification/edits, I'll be happy to send a small order for a nominal fee.
Do you offer submission plans or approval plans?
No, at the moment I do not offer submission plans, my work is mainly illustrations of maps and site plans.
Do you offer Vector maps?
Yes, I offer vector maps scalable to any size. Please order the vector add-on available at a extra fee OR if you require more customisation and details check my other gig for vector files only.
Do you offer source files?
Yes, I offer source files for an extra fee, which you can select on the gig page. For custom offers, source files are not included by default and only are available upon request. Note: the files are not fully editable – the graphic layer is fixed, but text is editable, and icons are movable.
