How long do I have to request revisions to the site?
All edit requests must be made within one week of order delivery. Edits requested beyond this week may incur additional fees.
What type of revisions are covered?
Standard revision requests include: 1. Changing the font (standard fonts in the Squarespace library only) 2. Editing text on a page 3. Editing photo galleries 4. Adding or moving buttons. Revisions NOT included: 1. Changing out the template 2. Adding in last-minute content or page requests.
What do I need to get started?
I will send a content workbook to you to complete before the project starts. This will help you provide relevant content and media upfront for the project. For eCommerce sites, a Stripe account needs to be set up and I need to be added as a team member in order to integrate with Squarespace.
Will I have a say in the Design Process?
Of course! We are collaborating and working together to create a site you love and can be proud of. Your input is very important and encouraged.
Will I own the finished product/new design?
Yes. All I ask is for the right to post screenshots and a link to your new site in my portfolio. If I can also include a site credit in the footer, that would be incredible. This is, of course, optional but really appreciated.
Can I choose the Squarespace template?
Absolutely, if you already have a Squarespace account and template in mind, I can work to that. If you don't know which template to use yet, we can work together to choose a template that best suits you needs.
Will I receive training in Squarespace once the website is ready?
Yes, I will arrange an online tutorial session between us in preparation for the website's launch. I will also provide a complimentary Squarespace Guidebook with all you need to know about your website as well as a SEO Guidebook.
