Do I need a doctor's referral to order a meal plan?
No — however if you have a serious medical condition please consult your doctor alongside any nutrition plan. I'll ask about your health history before we start.
What information do I need to provide?
I'll need your age, weight, height, activity level, health goals, food preferences, allergies, and any medical conditions. The more details you give, the better your plan.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and other restrictions are all accommodated. Just let me know when ordering.
What format will I receive the meal plan in?
You'll receive a clean, easy-to-follow PDF that you can print or save on your phone.
Can you create a plan for a specific medical condition?
Yes — I have clinical training and have completed Medical Nutrition Therapy courses covering weight management, sports nutrition, pediatric and eating disorders. Message me first to confirm I can help.
