Yes. You will need to provide WordPress admin access and sometimes hosting or FTP access so the issue can be properly diagnosed and fixed.
What if my issue is more complex than expected?
If the issue requires more work than the selected package, I can send a custom offer for the additional work.
Are premium plugins included in the service?
No. Premium plugins or licenses must be provided by the client if they are required for the solution.
