About this Gig:

• Basic Gig: This can include email management and personal or server fixes for one user only. It is a personal service. (Pricing may vary/change; if in doubt, send text first)

• Standard Gig: Does your organization require a remote technical support staff for a few issues per day at your workplace, business, or institution? Someone who can support your new software should be able to assist staff, students, and staff alike. This job includes remote assistance as well as email support. (No support on weekends)

• Premium Gig: This includes unrestricted assistance, even on weekends depending on the service level agreement for your VIP staff. Price is a place holder. Contact for details.

Services that will be done include: 

• Professional IT Helpdesk/Remote tech support
• Diagnose computer problems
• Installation, troubleshooting, configuration, updates, and upgrades of different software/computers
• Cloud Storage/backup,
• Network troubleshooting
• VOIP and phone support
• Antiviruses and Firewall
• Server administration: Windows Servers, Microsoft Exchange servers, Office 365 administration
• Windows/Mac/Linux/Android/iOS environments
