Do you offer ongoing protection after WordPress malware removal?
Yes. Every package includes after-delivery support: 1 month Basic, 2 months Standard, 3 months Premium. Ongoing monitoring afterwards is available as a custom offer.
Will my website data or content be lost during the cleanup?
No. I take a full backup of your files and database before changing anything, and I remove only malicious code. Your posts, pages, products and settings stay intact.
Can you fix WordPress errors, redirects and spam pages caused by a hack?
Yes, when the error comes from a hack: white screen, broken login, strange redirects or spam pages. For other errors, message me with the symptoms first.
My hosting company suspended my site. Can you still help?
Message me first. Many hosts lift a suspension once the cleanup is proven, and I will tell you exactly what to send them.
What do you need from me to start the work?
Complete the order requirements: a PDF describing the problem with screenshots, plus your site files and database export. I will then ask for temporary admin access in chat, which you can delete after delivery.
Do you also fix Google blacklist or browser security warnings?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. I remove the cause, then submit review requests to Google and other blacklist services. Google sets the review time, and I keep you updated.
