What do you need from me to start?
After you place the order, I’ll need: your Manychat account access by inviting me as a team member (Admin/Editor) The Manychat invite link is created from Settings → Team Members and it expires in 24 hours
Do I need to share my social media password?
No. You do not need to share any passwords. You simply invite me to your Manychat or workspace as a team member (Admin/Editor), and I build the automation inside your Manychat or Botpress account
What does “10 messages” mean in your Basic package?
“10 messages” means up to 10 conversation steps/blocks inside your Manychat flow (for example: greeting → menu options → FAQ replies → lead capture → confirmation). If you need more steps/flows, you can add an extra for additional messages or an extra flow.
