Unfortunately disappointing. It started well – good communication, decent initial drafts. But then deadlines were constantly missed, and quality dropped sharply. The same mistakes were repeated, seemingly just to buy more time. Excuses like a broken graphics card, a damaged PC, and a hospital stay kept...
