About this gig
An n8n AI workflow that keeps your inbox under control. It works behind the scenes and never emails your customers on its own.
What it can do:
- Sort new emails into your categories (lead / support / invoice / spam) with a priority and a one-line summary
- Apply Gmail labels or Outlook categories and folders automatically
- Log every email and the AI's decision to a Google Sheet for review
- Alert you on Telegram or by email about urgent messages, plus a daily digest
- Draft suggested replies into your Drafts folder for you to review and send (Standard and up)
What you get: an importable n8n workflow file (JSON) plus a step-by-step setup guide. You import it into your own n8n (cloud or self-hosted) and connect your own Gmail or Outlook and your own AI API key. I never log into your email or n8n account, and the file contains no credentials.

No. You connect your own Gmail or Outlook inside your n8n by following the guide. I help in Fiverr messages if you get stuck.

No. It only saves drafts. You review and send them yourself.
Do you host n8n?
No. It runs on your n8n Cloud or self-hosted instance.
Which AI model?
Any model n8n supports (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini...) on your own key. You pay the API costs, which are usually small.
