Turn your PDFs and business documents into a chatbot for customer FAQs, staff questions or finding information.
I build and maintain a document-based AI assistant for a logistics company, with source references and deployment on AWS.
Each package includes document retrieval (RAG), a chat page, source references, a missing-information fallback, source code and setup instructions.
Basic: 1 PDF, up to 25 pages; a local chatbot demo.
Standard: up to 10 PDFs / 100 pages; session memory and one deployment.
Premium: up to 25 PDFs / 300 pages; branded chat UI, one website embed and one deployment.
Limits are total text-based pages. Premium branding covers your logo and colors. Website content, databases, scanned PDFs, user accounts and custom integrations need a separate quote. AI API, hosting and storage usage are paid separately by you.
No chatbot can guarantee perfect accuracy. I test against your sample questions and refine retrieval within the agreed scope.

What do you need from me to get started?
Send your PDFs, the intended users, and 5-10 example questions with expected answers. For hosting or embedding, share your provider and website platform. Please send a sample before ordering if the files are scanned or complex. Do not paste passwords or API keys here.
Who pays for the OpenAI or Claude API usage?
You pay AI API, hosting and storage charges through your own accounts. These running costs are separate from the package price. I explain which services are needed before deployment and provide setup instructions.
Will the chatbot make things up?
No AI system can guarantee perfect accuracy. I configure retrieval from your documents, source references and a fallback for missing information. I test against your example questions and refine the chatbot within the agreed scope.
Can you connect it to my existing website or app?
Premium includes one embed on a compatible website. Standard includes a hosted chat page; Basic is a local demo. Using website content or a database as a knowledge source, or adding WhatsApp, Slack, logins or deeper app integrations, requires a custom quote.
How many documents can it handle?
Basic: 1 PDF / 25 pages. Standard: up to 10 PDFs / 100 pages. Premium: up to 25 PDFs / 300 pages. Limits are total pages containing selectable text. Larger collections, scanned files, website content and databases need a custom quote.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Every package includes source code and setup instructions. Standard and Premium include one deployment to your hosting account. Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope; new features or integrations require a separate quote.
