As a Product Analytics & Automation Consultant, I help businesses understand how users interact with their products and use those insights to improve growth and conversions. This includes CRM automation, lead management workflows, event-based triggers, and integrations between analytics, marketing, and internal tools. My role also involves working closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to translate analytics insights into actionable strategies. By analyzing conversion funnels, user journeys, and engagement metrics, I help teams identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. The goal is to enable data-driven decision making, optimize product experiences, and support sustainable product growth through analytics and automation.
