Should I message you before ordering?
Yes, please. Tell me what your site does now and what you’d like it to do. I’ll ask a few questions and help you pick the right package. Saves us both a bit of head-scratching later.
Do I need to understand the technical side?
Not at all. “When someone clicks this, I want that to happen” is a perfectly good starting point. Screenshots or an example help, but you don’t need to write me a technical essay.
What will you need from me?
A clear idea of the job, your WordPress and plugin details, and access to a test version of your site where possible. We’ll agree what access is needed before starting...
What’s included, and what counts as a revision?
You get the agreed functionality for one site, source code, useful code comments, testing and setup notes. Revisions cover adjustments within that scope. A new feature is extra work, so we’ll discuss the price before adding it. Hosting, paid plugins, subscriptions and ongoing support are separate.
What if an existing plugin already does what I need?
Then I’ll tell you. There’s no point building something from scratch just for the sake of it. If an existing plugin needs configuring or extending, we can discuss that instead.
