FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your GHL sub account as a collaborator, your Retell AI or Vapi account, and your phone number provider. You also fill in the requirements form with your offer, questions and calendar. I start as soon as I have these.
What is not included?
Retell AI, Vapi, Twilio, ElevenLabs and GHL usage costs are paid by you on your own accounts. Lead lists and ad spend are not included. I set up the system, but I cannot promise a set number of sales or bookings.
What happens after delivery?
You get a walkthrough of the setup and how to run it. Bugs in what I built are fixed during your revisions. For ongoing changes or tuning, you can order Premium or a monthly support extra.
Can the AI call any phone number list I have?
No. The agent should only call leads who agreed to be contacted, such as form fills, inquiries or past customers. Calling numbers without consent can break laws like the TCPA in the US. You are responsible for your lead consent.
Can the agent speak other languages?
Yes. The agent can speak English, Spanish, German, French and other languages your voice provider supports. Each extra language is set up and tested on its own.
How many calls can the agent make at the same time?
This depends on your Retell AI or Vapi plan and your phone provider limits. I set up calling at a pace that fits your plan and keeps your numbers healthy.
