My time at Animake Studio from May 2024 to September 2025 taught me how to balance creative work with business needs. My main achievement was improving the studio production flow. I developed a new system for character rigging that cut the time spent on each scene by 20 percent. This change allowed the team to take on more projects and helped the studio increase its overall output. I also learned to solve technical problems under pressure. During one major project, slow render times threatened our deadline. I audited the project files and optimized the lighting settings to cut render times in half. This allowed us to deliver the final files on time without losing quality. I also handled difficult client requests by finding creative ways to change animations without restarting the entire process. These experiences helped me understand how to keep a project profitable while keeping the client happy. Now that I am an independent freelancer, I use these skills to deliver professional results and manage projects efficiently for my own clients
