I create high-quality UGC ads including: Talking to camera, product demonstrations, voiceover videos, lifestyle/aesthetic shots, social media ads (TikTok/Reels/Meta/YouTube), organic social content
How long will it take to get the video?
Delivery is usually within 5-7 days after the order is placed and the product (if needed) has arrived. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. If you need faster turnaround, please message me to check availability for rush delivery.
What is your revision policy?
One revision is included to fix mistakes or make small adjustments based on the original brief. Changes to script, concept, wardrobe, product, location, or filming style after recording will require an additional fee, as they require a full or partial reshoot.
Do you offer usage rights for ads?
Yes, my basic package includes 3 months usage rights. The standard and premium packages include 12 months usage rights. Extended usage or unlimited usage are offered for an additional fee depending on the project.
Do you offer product returns?
Yes, product returns are available for an additional fee to cover the time required for packaging and shipping. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mention this before ordering so the return service can be added to your package.
