What file formats will I receive?
Static ecards come as high resolution JPG or PNG. Animated ecards come as GIF or MP4, which work on email, WhatsApp, and social media. Source files are included in the Premium package only.
How long does delivery take?
Basic takes 2 days, Standard 3 days, and Premium 4 days. If you need it sooner, message me before ordering and I’ll tell you if it’s possible.
What do I need to send you to get started?
Send the text you want on the card, your photo or logo (if any), and your preferred colors or style, such as cute, elegant, religious, funny, or corporate. The more detail you give, the closer the first draft will be to what you want.
Can you add my business logo or family photo?
Yes. Send a clear, high quality image and I’ll place it into the design. Logos with a transparent background (PNG) work best.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2, and Premium 4. If you need extra changes beyond your package, message me and we can agree on a small add-on.
