FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your PCB STEP file or board dimensions, the positions of ports, buttons and LEDs, and a sketch or reference photo if you have one. Tell me your printer or manufacturing method too.
Will the enclosure fit my PCB the first time?
I model your exact board and add FDM clearances for PLA, PETG or resin. For tight fits, I can send a small test piece first so you can check the fit on your printer.
Can the design be used for injection molding later?
Yes. Standard and Premium use uniform walls, draft angles, ribs and bosses so the same design can move from 3D printing to injection molding.
Which file formats do I get?
STL and 3MF for printing, STEP for any CAD software, plus the native Fusion 360 or SolidWorks file. Standard and Premium also include 2D drawings.
What if it doesn’t fit after I print it?
Send me photos or measurements of the issue and I’ll adjust the design within your package revisions. Premium includes a revision after your test print.
Do you sign NDAs and do I own the design?
Yes. I’m happy to sign an NDA before you share files, and you get full ownership and commercial rights to the final design.
