I will fix n8n, make com and zapier automations and add real error handling

About this gig
Your automation broke three days ago. Nobody told you.
That is how most of these fail. Not with an error message, but
quietly, while you carry on assuming the leads are landing and
the invoices are going out.
WHAT USUALLY GOES WRONG
A webhook stops firing and nothing notices.
One API changes and the whole scenario stalls.
It works on five records, then falls over on five hundred.
There is no error handling, so a failure just ends the run.
Operations burn through your plan faster than they should.
WHAT I DO
Find why your n8n, Make or Zapier workflow actually failed
Fix it and test it against your real data, not a sample
Add proper error handling so the next failure tells you
Build new workflows that connect the tools you already pay for
Move you off Zapier or Make onto n8n when that saves money
I automate business systems for a living. For a construction
company I wired QuickBooks into their jobsite app so costing,
field reports and work orders run without anyone touching them.
Send me a screenshot of the failing run, or tell me what you
want automated, and I will tell you honestly what it takes.

FAQ
Do you need access to my n8n or Make account?
Yes, to see what is actually failing. You can add me as a user, or share a screen while I look. Make and Zapier both have proper team invites you can revoke afterwards. I never need your password.
Does this work with self-hosted n8n or only cloud?
Both. Cloud is simpler and I can usually start straight away. Self-hosted on your own VPS or in Docker is fine too, just tell me before ordering so I know what I am walking into.
Which should I use, n8n, Make or Zapier?
Depends on volume and budget. Zapier is easiest and gets expensive fast. Make sits in the middle. n8n is cheapest at scale and the only one you can self host. Tell me what you run and I will give you a straight answer, even if it is to stay put.
What if my workflow has more than 10 steps?
Then Basic is too small and I will say so before you order. Send me a screenshot of the canvas and I will tell you which package fits. I would rather scope it properly than deliver half a fix.
Do I need my own n8n or Make subscription?
Yes. Those are billed to you and the workflows live in your account, which is how it should be. If you are still choosing a plan, tell me your volume and I will say which tier you actually need.
Will you see the data flowing through my workflow?
I will see whatever passes through the steps I am fixing, which is hard to avoid when the bug is in the data. I do not copy it, keep it, or use it for anything else. Happy to sign an NDA if that helps.
What if it breaks again after you fix it?
That is what the error handling in Standard is for. Once alerts are in place you find out the same day instead of three weeks later. If the same fix fails, come back to me and I will sort it.
Can you build a new workflow, or only fix broken ones?
Both. Premium is a build from scratch, connected to your tools with error handling in from the start. Tell me what you want automated and I will confirm whether it fits in one order.
How do I find out what is wrong before I order?
Send me a screenshot of the failed execution, or paste the error text. I will tell you what I think is happening and which package covers it, before you spend anything.
Can you connect a tool that is not on your list?
Usually yes. If it has an API or a webhook there is a path, and n8n has an HTTP node for everything else. Send me the name and I will check rather than guess.
