I'm Sam, a competitive powerlifter, European Champion and strength coach. I'll review your current training program and give you clear, practical feedback based on your goals, experience and current level.

Instead of simply telling you whether your program is "good" or "bad", I'll look at how your training is structured and identify the things that may be limiting your progress.

Depending on the package, I'll analyze your exercise selection, training frequency, volume, intensity, progression, RPE and overall structure, then give you personalized recommendations to improve it.

If needed, I'll also help you restructure problematic parts of the program and explain why I would make each change.
