These will be conducted in one of two methods;

  1. Document with an explanation of the fix and why the error occurred.
  2. Private one to one screen share session with an explanation of how and why the fix works and how the error occurs


If a large amount of investigation work is required, but the fix is minor i will create a bespoke package for you to ensure you get the best value.
