FAQ
Can you set up a new Active Directory domain?
Yes. My Premium package covers one new AD DS domain with DNS on a prepared and licensed Windows Server. Existing domain migrations, additional domain controllers and complex GPOs require a custom offer.
Can you troubleshoot an existing domain controller?
Yes. I can diagnose Active Directory, authentication, DNS and domain connectivity issues. Complex domain recovery, replication failures and migrations require a separate assessment.
Do you configure DNS and DHCP services?
Yes. I can configure or troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services on Windows Server. The Standard package covers one defined configuration task within the included support time.
Which Windows Server versions do you support?
I primarily support Windows Server 2019 and 2022. Please provide your server version, installed roles and a description of the issue before ordering.
Do you provide Windows Server licenses?
No. The customer must provide valid Windows Server licenses. The Premium package assumes the operating system is already installed and the server meets the deployment requirements.
Can you work remotely on production servers?
Yes, with authorized access, a verified backup and an agreed maintenance window when necessary. I assess potential service interruptions before making changes. Please do not share passwords in the order form.
