Need a clear monthly picture of project cost, or a payment certificate for the contractor or the client? I will prepare it in Excel from the data you send.

I am a civil engineer (BSc + MSc) with 8+ years of cost estimating, BOQ and tender experience, currently Lead Cost Estimator at a contractor in Baku.

• Monthly cost control report: contract value, work done to date, this month, remaining, by BOQ item
• Interim payment certificate: cumulative and previous quantities, this-period amount, retention and advance deductions as per your contract terms (Standard and Premium)
• Variance summary note comparing budget and actual (Premium)
• Editable Excel file with working formulas

What I need from you

• The BOQ or contract price schedule (Excel or PDF)
• Quantities done this period and previous certificates, if any
• Retention, advance payment and VAT terms from your contract
