I work as a professional trainer and facilitator for ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 coach training programs, supporting aspiring and practicing coaches in developing the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required for a career in coaching. My work combines coach education, practical skills development, mentoring, and experiential learning. I facilitate structured training sessions based on the ICF Core Competencies and professional coaching standards, helping participants translate coaching theory into effective coaching practice. My responsibilities include: Delivering Level 1 and Level 2 professional coach training Teaching core coaching concepts, principles, and competencies Conducting practical coaching exercises and demonstrations Facilitating peer coaching and reflective learning Providing structured feedback to developing coaches Supporting participants in developing their coaching presence and listening skills Helping coaches formulate powerful questions and create effective coaching conversations Supporting participants through observed coaching practice and competency development Facilitating learning around coaching ethics and professional standards Mentoring participants as they develop their individual coaching style and practice I particularly focus on creating a practical, reflective, and supportive learning environment where participants can develop not only technical coaching skills but also the mindset and professional presence required to become effective coaches. Through this work, I have supported professionals from diverse backgrounds in developing their coaching capabilities and progressing toward professional coaching practice.
