1. What kind of data do I need?
A spreadsheet or CSV of past records with a column showing the outcome you want to predict, like “defaulted: yes/no”. More history usually means better results. Not sure if yours qualifies? Message me and I’ll take a look.
2. Which package should I choose?
Basic if your data is already clean. Standard if it needs cleaning and you want fine tuning, a plain-English report, and the code. Premium adds performance monitoring and a 30-minute walkthrough call.
3. Can you build models for things other than credit risk?
Yes. I also build models for customer churn, sales forecasting, and other business predictions. Message me a short description of your data and goal before ordering.
4. Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I only use your data for your project and don’t share it. Please remove names, phone numbers, and ID numbers before sending, since the model doesn’t need them.
5. How accurate will my model be?
It depends on your data’s quality and size, so I can’t promise a specific number. I test the model properly and explain in plain language how it performs, and where it’s weak, before delivery
