I will custom mcp server build claude consultant multi agent system hermes agent setup

About this gig
Your claude agent can think but can't touch your database, crm, or tools until something bridges them. Most mcp server gigs stop at one connector.
I build custom mcp servers, multi agent systems, and the orchestration layer most builders skip: the gap between a demo and production.
What I help with:
- Mcp server build and custom mcp server integration: claude, gpt, or llama connected to your real tools
- Multi agent system design with langgraph, autogen, or crewai orchestration
- Hermes agent setup, openclaw troubleshoot, and soul.md identity migration
- Claude Consultant and claude ai trainer sessions for teams running what gets built
- Docker claude deployment and vps agent deploy on your own server
- n8n mcp node integration for automation outside the agent loop
- Claude code review, claude code hooks, and claude code subagent setup
- Database integration and ai model fine-tuning for deeper builds
- Bedrock claude and vertex claude routing for enterprise auth, not a bare api key
I treat agent access like production infrastructure, not a wide-open api key handed to a model.
Send me what you're connecting and what's broken. I'll tell you what it takes before you order.

FAQ
Does basic include a full multi agent system, or just one mcp server?
Basic covers one mcp server for one tool or data source, not a full multi agent system. If you need claude, langgraph, or crewai agents coordinating with each other, that's standard or premium scope.
Which models and frameworks do you support: claude, gpt, llama, langgraph, crewai?
All of them. Mcp and most agent frameworks are model-agnostic by design, so claude, gpt, llama, langgraph, autogen, and crewai all fit. Tell me your stack and I'll confirm it before any work starts.
What do I need to provide before you can start: api keys, accounts?
Your own api access for whatever model or framework you're using, claude, openai, or otherwise. I don't supply api keys or cover usage costs, those stay billed to your own account.
How long does a custom mcp server or multi agent system actually take?
A single mcp server connecting one tool usually finishes within the package's delivery window. A full multi agent system with orchestration and fine-tuning takes longer, I'll give a real timeline once I see the scope.
What happens if my mcp server breaks after you deliver it?
Each package includes its listed revisions for issues tied to the original scope. Mcp servers and agent frameworks update often, message me if something breaks shortly after delivery and I'll check whether it's covered.
What if my multi agent system fails or gives inconsistent results?
Multi agent systems fail more often than demos suggest, published research on production deployments puts task failure rates between 41 and 87 percent, mostly from agents losing context after truncation. I design for that upfront.
Can you migrate my openclaw setup to hermes agent, or add agents later?
Yes, openclaw to hermes migration preserves your soul.md, memory, skills, and mcp configs. Adding agents, frameworks, or tools later doesn't require rebuilding what's already running.
How do you protect against mcp tool poisoning or prompt injection?
I scope permissions per tool instead of granting broad access, and I don't treat a server's tool descriptions as automatically safe. Tool poisoning, hiding instructions in a server's own metadata, is a documented mcp attack vector.
What's the real difference between the basic mcp server and the full system?
Basic is one mcp server for one tool. Standard adds multiple tools plus a working multi agent system. Premium is the full build: orchestration, hermes or openclaw setup, and ai model fine-tuning included.
Do I own the mcp server and agent code after delivery, or are you locked in?
You own everything, the server, the agent logic, and the documentation. Nothing here is proprietary or tied to working with me again, your server runs on the standard mcp protocol across any compatible client."
