Which platforms do you work with?
I specialize in Beehiiv, Substack, and Kit (formerly ConvertKit). If you're unsure which one is right for your newsletter, I'll help you decide during our onboarding call based on your goals and budget.
I'm starting from scratch, is that okay?
Absolutely. Most of my clients come in with just an idea. I handle the full setup from account creation to a live, branded, ready-to-send newsletter. You don't need any technical experience.
What if I'm migrating from another platform?
I handle subscriber imports and list migrations as part of the setup. Whether you're moving from Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Substack, ghost, or anywhere else, I'll make sure your list and content transfer cleanly.
Will my newsletter look professional and on-brand?
Yes. I build a fully branded, reusable newsletter template using your logo, colors, and fonts — so every issue you send looks consistent and polished.
Do you write the newsletter content for me?
This gig covers the full technical setup and design. Content writing is a separate service, but if you don't have content ready yet, I'll guide you on what to prepare so we can hit the ground running.
What exactly is the video walkthrough you mention?
Once your newsletter is fully built, I record a personalized screen-share walkthrough showing you how everything works, your dashboard, automations, landing page, and more. It's yours to keep and refer back to anytime.
How long does the setup take?
Delivery time depends on the package you choose and the complexity of your setup. Standard builds are delivered within the timeframe shown on the gig. If you need a faster turnaround, check my gig extras for express delivery.
What do I need to provide before you start?
Just two things, a 30-minute onboarding call and your branding assets (logo, colors, fonts) plus any content you already have. I'll send you a simple checklist after you place your order.
Can you set up paid subscriptions and monetization too?
Yes. Paid memberships, membership tiers, upgrade flows, ad placements, Boosts, and sponsorship slots are all part of the setup depending on your chosen package. I'll make sure your newsletter is ready to generate revenue from day one.
What if I have questions after the work is delivered?
You can message me directly after delivery with any follow-up questions. I stay available to make sure you feel confident running your newsletter independently after handoff.
