About this Gig
Vetted Pro
A screenplay tells a story in pictures. A novel tells it through emotion, character and prose.
Every great screenplay has the potential to become a great novel, but adapting one successfully requires much more than adding description.
As both an award-winning, produced screenwriter and a bestselling author with more than 50 published books, I understand how stories work in both mediums.
I will transform your screenplay into a fully realised novel by:
- Expanding character development
- Adding internal thoughts and emotions
- Enriching dialogue and world-building
- Developing subplots where appropriate
- Creating smooth narrative pacing
- Preserving the heart of your original story
Every manuscript is written entirely by me - no AI, no outsourcing.
Whether your goal is commercial publication or creating a richer version of your story, I'll transform your screenplay into a professionally written novel that readers won't want to put down.

FAQ
Can you adapt my screenplay if it isn't professionally formatted?
Yes. As long as the story is clear, I can work from professionally formatted scripts, shooting scripts or even well-structured drafts.
Will you add material that isn't in the screenplay?
Where appropriate, yes. A novel requires more depth than a screenplay, so I may expand character backstories, internal thoughts, settings and transitions while remaining faithful to your original story.
Who owns the finished novel?
You retain all rights to both the screenplay and the completed novel.
