FAQ
What´s the difference between editing and mixing?
Editing is what happens before mixing: cleaning takes, fixing timing, tuning vocals, and organising the session. Mixing is balancing, processing, and making it sound great. Good editing makes the mix significantly better.
What DAWs can you work with?
I work in Pro Tools and can import sessions from Ableton, Logic, and Cubase (or any others). If you export stems as WAV files, I can work with any source.
Will you fix pitch and timing automatically or manually?
I'll ask you first. Tight pop and hip-hop usually benefits from precise correction; rock, folk, and organic genres sound better with a light touch. Your choice drives the approach.
