Will the case fit my board?
I design from your board’s dimensions or CAD model. For custom PCBs, send the board outline and component heights. Printers differ, so I add standard tolerances and can adjust after your test print.
Can you work with a custom PCB?
Yes, send the board outline file, hole positions and component heights.
Do you offer weatherproofing?
I can add gasket grooves and cable seals, but I can’t certify IP ratings, since that depends on printing quality and materials.
Is the file ready to print?
Yes, I deliver STL with print notes. If you tell me your printer and material, I tune wall thickness and clearances.
Can you make it in metal later?
Yes. See my sheet metal gig for laser-cut and bent versions.
Do you provide the printed part?
No, this is a design-only service.
