What access do you need, and is my store safe?
Collaborator access to your Shopify admin, and where the problem is on the TikTok side, access to your TikTok Shop seller account. Please never send passwords. Shopify collaborator invites and TikTok staff accounts both let you revoke access instantly.
What if the problem is on TikTok's side?
Some issues, such as category restrictions or product policy rejections, are decided by TikTok and cannot be fixed from Shopify. If I find that is your situation, I will tell you clearly and we will cancel rather than take your money for something I cannot change.
