I will build and design a responsive newsletter

About this gig
As a front end developer, I will design and build your responsive email newsletter through three clear phases.
What to Share First
- Brand assets: Logos, color hex codes, fonts, and images.
- Content: Finalized copy, button links, and social links.
- Platform: Your email service provider (like Mailchimp) or static HTML.
Project Phases
1. Design:
- I will create desktop (600px wide) and mobile mockups for your review and approval.
- Review & Feedback: A polished newsletter page design draft, including two rounds of revisions, will be provided for your review and feedback.
2. Email-Safe Development:
- I will code the layout using email-safe, table-based HTML and inline CSS and implement dark mode (based on your package).
- I will test it across major email clients.
- Review & Feedback: I will send you a test email for your review.**
3. Content Upload:
- Option A (Done for you): Send your ESP username and password so I can set up your newsletter, upload your content, implement dynamic tags, and send a test email.
- Option B (DIY guide): I will send you a step-by-step guide with clear instructions.
**The number of revisions are based on your package limit.

FAQ
Am I able to submit my own custom brand guidelines specifically for dark mode?
Yes. I follow light mode brand rules strictly, but dark mode requires balancing identity with readability. If forced color shifts break legibility, users delete the email. My priority is accessibility, so some colors may need minor adjustments for dark mode.
What are the technical limitations and constraints of coding HTML emails for a newsletter?
Newsletter design is restricted by inconsistent email client rendering. Designers must avoid JavaScript, rich CSS, and complex fonts. File sizes must stay under 102KB to prevent clipping, and layouts must account for blocked images and mobile screens.
