Yes. Tell me your business model in the requirements and I'll recommend the platform that actually fits before we build anything.
Will I lose my current members or content during migration?
No. I export and reimport your member list and content as part of the process nothing is deleted from your old platform until you confirm the new one is working.
Do I need to give you my login password?
No add me as an admin/collaborator through the platform's own invite feature. I never ask for or need your personal login credentials.
Do you write the course content or just build the structure?
This gig covers structure, setup, branding, and automation. Content writing (lesson scripts, curriculum) is available as a separate add-on message me for a custom quote.
What happens after delivery if something breaks or I need a change?
Basic and Standard include listed revisions. Premium includes 30 days of post-launch community management, so I'm there while your first members join.
Can you set up gamification, leaderboards, or paid tiers?
Yes included in Standard and Premium depending on the platform's native features (Skool has built-in gamification; Circle.so and Kajabi handle it differently, which I'll explain for your platform).
