No.

Are the resources you use copyright?
I only use royalty-free images or public use. This includes font-types (yes, even they can be copyrighted.)
Can you make a thumbnail with images I specifically give you or request?
Yes, please do if your vision is more specific.
What if I don't like it?
You will get 2 revisions, sometimes I may provide you multiple for the 1st round to see if you like the direction of one over another. But you must be easily available to communicate with if you want it to be done on time.
Do you use A.I.?
I do not use A.I. at all. If you have an image inspired by something made by A.I. that you want to give me to help me understand what you're going for, that's more than fine. But I, myself, will not use image-generation tools.
