: Can you design an enclosure that fits my PCB, ports, buttons and screen exactly?
: Yes. Send your board's dimensions or a drawing, plus connector, button, display and LED positions. I design cutouts, screw bosses, vents and snap or screw-on lids around them. Please measure with calipers; I can't verify your board's size myself.
Can you copy a broken or discontinued part so I can print a replacement?
: Yes. Send measurements, clear photos from several angles and details of what the part connects to. I model it to match, and can reinforce spots that failed. Printed plastic may not equal the original's strength, so I'll advise on material.
: Can you design moving parts, hinges or print-in-place assemblies with correct clearances?
: Yes. I set clearances for your printer and layer height, then design hinges, pivots and snap features. Fits vary by printer and material, so I recommend a quick test print, and I'll adjust the tolerances if it binds or is too loose.
: Can you make silicone mold masters or casting patterns, and 3D printable logos or signs?
Yes. I design mold masters with draft angles, smooth surfaces and pour or vent planning, plus logos, signs and plaques with clean edges for printing. Silicone, resin and casting results depend on your materials, so test a small mold first.
How do you pick print orientation and material so my part is strong and prints cleanly?
: I ask how the part is used: load, heat, outdoor exposure and fit. Prints are weakest between layers, so I orient and shape parts for strength and fewer supports. I'll suggest PLA, PETG, ABS or resin; final results depend on your printer.
