I will build n8n automation workflows and n8n ai agents
Abdul Rehman
About this gig
Stop doing the same task by hand every day. I build n8n automation workflows and n8n AI agents that connect the tools you already use and run on their own.
What I automate most often:
- Lead intake: form or email to CRM, then a Slack or WhatsApp alert
- AI email triage: classify, draft a reply, route to the right person
- Reports: pull data from Sheets, Airtable or an API and send a summary on schedule
- Content pipelines: generate, review and publish with an approval step
What you get:
- A working workflow in your n8n (cloud or self-hosted) or built on mine and exported
- AI steps using OpenAI, Claude or Gemini where they add value
- Error handling, so a failed run alerts you instead of failing silently
- A short video walkthrough and written notes so you can change it yourself
Message me with the task you want gone and the tools involved. I will confirm the scope and a fixed price before you order.

FAQ
Do I need my own n8n account?
No. I can build inside your n8n cloud or self-hosted instance, or build on mine and send you the exported workflow file
Do I get the workflow file?
Yes, the exported JSON plus written notes
Can you use Make or Zapier instead?
Yes, same packages. n8n is my default because it is cheaper to run
What do you need from me?
The task, the tools involved, and access to those tools. I tell you exactly which permissions, and you can revoke them after delivery
