Hello Wonderful Buyers,
I'm Saros a CAD and product designer who helps eyewear brands and startups avoid expensive factory redesigns. Instead of just making a good-looking 3D model, I design for manufacturing from the start: sensible wall thickness, hinge and lens fit, tolerances and clean files your factory or 3D printer can use. I work in Fusion 360, SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor, and deliver CAD models, technical drawings and STEP/STL files. Can you design around my electronics (battery, camera, board)?
Yes. Send me the component sizes or datasheets and I’ll build the housing around them, leaving room for wiring and tolerances
Will the glasses fit a real face?
I design to standard eyewear measurements (lens width, bridge width, temple length) and can match your target size. Print a test and send feedback, and I’ll adjust it in your revisions.
Can you design sunglasses, prescription frames or both?
Both. I design sunglasses, optical frames, and smart glasses with or without prescription lenses. Tell me the style (aviator, round, cat-eye, etc.) and I’ll build it.
Can you recreate a design from my sketch or reference photos?
Yes. Hand sketches, moodboards, and reference photos all work. Clearer references mean fewer revisions
Can you improve or fix my existing design?
Yes. Send your files or images and I’ll tell you what can be improved, whether that’s fit, proportions, wall thickness or printability, before you order.
