Throughout my professional journey, I have built a diverse portfolio of hands-on marketing experience in graphic design. Upon my request I switched to a part-time position as an administrative assistant. Among things like inventory, Correspondence with the parents and teachers and took over the marketing of the school, which resulted in higher engagement rates, a new social media layout and more visibility in several social media channels. Moreover I laid the foundation for a future marketing strategy and alumni programme.

Main focus points in my position were: Budgeting, Correspondence between German and Saudi authorities, Coordination of administrative processes. As the only German speaking employee in the administration I viewed it as my responsibility to support new teachers who came from Germany in the Visa process and assist them where it was possible after their arrival in Saudi Arabia for a smooth transition.
