BASIC: A written audit of one listing with prioritized recommendations for its title, description, amenities and presentation.
STANDARD: The audit plus a rewritten listing title and description, based on your property details.
PREMIUM: The rewrite plus five tailored guest message templates (inquiry, booking confirmation, pre-arrival, check-out and follow-up) and an availability-calendar checklist.
Each package covers one property in English OR German, delivered as an editable document with one revision within the agreed scope. You publish the changes in your account.

What do you need to get started?
Send your listing link or current text, accurate property details, amenities, house rules and target guests. For Premium, also provide check-in/check-out instructions. Do not send passwords or guest personal data.
Can you work in English and German?
Yes. Each package includes one chosen language: English or German. Please specify your preferred language when ordering. If you need both languages, contact me on Fiverr before ordering to agree on the scope.
Will you manage my Airbnb account or guests?
This Gig provides an audit, listing copy and, with Premium, guest message templates and a calendar checklist. You publish the content. Live account management, reservation handling and ongoing guest support are outside this package.
Do you guarantee more bookings?
No. I help improve clarity, presentation and guest communication. Bookings and search rankings depend on factors such as location, pricing, reviews and demand, so results cannot be guaranteed.
What does one revision include?
One revision covers adjustments to the delivered document for the original property and agreed scope. Additional properties, new services or a second language are not included.
