This happens all the time: A script is developed over time, gets more complex and used by new users. At this point, a Graphical User Interface (GUI) would help to guide the user through the functions.
This also allows better visualizations of the results. Depending on the selected package, menus and graphs can be added and dynamic updates of graphs, menus and views can be implemented. Data or parts of the GUI can rely on a database depending on the package.

Will you need a finished script?
Yes and no. For the purpose of this GIG, I will need a finished script and a definition of the interface (how can the GUI access your script, run it, change, how it runs, get the results, etc.). If this is not possible for you, contact me for a custom offer, I can finish your script for you.
Which toolkit will you be using?
Usually I will use Tkinter. This is a well established, lightweight toolkit, which is part of the Python standard library and hence available where Python is available. All relevant functions of a modern user interface can be implemented. Please let me know, if you need to use another toolkit.
