My Desktop Publishing (DTP) experience will help your scanned documents to become editable in Microsoft Word. My experience also work closely with you to improve the quality of your files, by providing customized DTP Best Practices.
My workflow:
1: The client uploads and sends the files.
2: I am downloading the documents to see if I have everything I need
3: Then, I am starting with the OCR process(Using ABBYY FineReader/OmniPage)
4: After, I start formatting the text and page layout into Microsoft Word
5: Then I double check the formatting and the spelling of the text to coincide with the source file
6: The work is then sent to the client for approval.(Word file and PDF if needed)
