FAQ
What information do you need to get started?
A: I need your brand/company name, slogan/tagline (if any), a brief description of your business or target audience, and any preferred colors or visual ideas you might have in mind.
What if I already have a logo and only need an animation?
A: Yes! If you already have a logo, simply provide your vector source file (.AI, .EPS, or layered .PSD). If you only have a flat PNG or JPG image, please contact me first so I can inspect it and vectorise it for animation.
What file formats will I receive for the logo design and animation?
A: For the logo design, you will receive high-resolution PNG (transparent background), JPG, vector files (.AI, .SVG, .EPS), and printable PDF. For the logo animation, you will receive full HD MP4 or MOV video files ready for web and social media.
What is a vector or source file, and why do I need it?
A: Vector/source files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) allow you to edit or scale your logo to any size (from a business card to a billboard) without losing quality or becoming blurry. They are also essential for future printing, web development, and animation editing.
