Do I need an existing Mailchimp or Marketo account?
Yes. You'll need an active account on your chosen platform. You add me as a user with the right permissions, so you never need to share your password, and you keep full ownership of everything I build.
What do you need from me to get started?
User access to your platform, your logo, brand colours and fonts, your website link, and a short brief on your products, audience and goals. I'll send a quick questionnaire after you order to make it easy.
Do you write the email copy too?
Yes. Copywriting is included in every package, written in your brand voice. If you already have copy you love, I'll use it and tighten it where needed.
Which package should I choose?
Basic suits a first welcome flow. Standard covers the three flows that usually matter most: welcome, abandoned cart or nurture, and win-back. Premium maps your full lifecycle. Not sure? Message me and I'll recommend one.
What happens after you deliver?
