I will design bms and battery chargers

Need a BMS or battery charger that is safe and affordable to manufacture? I design battery management and charging electronics for e-bikes, EV scooters, inverter/backup packs and battery-powered products.

Recent work:

• 16S 60V 60A smart BMS (TI BQ76952 + BQ34Z100-G1 fuel gauge)
• 4S 12V 100A LiFePO4 BMS for inverter packs
• 48/52/60V CC-CV EV charger with MCU supervision and full fault protection

What I can design:

• Standalone protection BMS, or smart BMS with MCU, SOC/SOH and a data link
• Li-ion, LiFePO4 and NMC packs, cell balancing, temperature monitoring
• High-current MOSFET switching and current sensing
• CC-CV chargers with soft start, OV/OC/short-circuit cut-off and AC-loss handling
• Embedded C firmware for the BMS or charger MCU

You receive:

• Schematic (PDF + source), PCB layout and Gerbers
• BOM with manufacturer part numbers
• Design notes for bring-up and testing
