What happens to my data? Do you keep access after the project?
ou share one dedicated folder with me (not your whole Drive) with Editor access. I work directly against it during the project, and delete any local copies once delivery is confirmed. You then remove my access from that folder's sharing settings — your files stay exactly where they are,
What if I have more than 150 files?
Message me — Standard ($2,500, up to 500 files/5GB) and Scale ($4,500, up to 1,500 files/15GB) are already priced. Since Fiverr's packages cap at $995, I'll send you a direct order link at the listed price — no negotiation needed.
Is there a limit on the Scale tier?
Scale covers up to 1,500 files / 15GB at the flat $4,500 rate. Over 15GB? Message me for a custom quote.
Do you look through all of my files?
Only what's in the folder you share for this project — never your full account. I do review file contents to organize and cross-reference them (that's how the knowledge base gets built), but access is scoped to that one folder and ends when you revoke it.
Do you add AI features to my existing app or software?
No. I use AI models to ingest, organize, and cross-reference your files into a searchable knowledge base. I don't modify your existing app or codebase.
Do I need to install anything?
Yes — Obsidian, a free app, takes about 2 minutes to install. Full setup instructions are included with delivery.
Can you handle medical or legal records?
No, I don't work with PHI or legally privileged records in this service.
What file types can you organize?
PDFs, Word docs, plain text, Markdown, spreadsheets (Excel/CSV), and email exports. I don't currently handle scanned/image-only documents (no OCR), video/audio files, or proprietary software files.
What's your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase: 80% refund (20% covers admin/setup time already spent). After 24 hours: no refund, since work is already underway. All cancellations go through Fiverr's Resolution Center.
How many revisions are included?
Starter includes 1 revision round. Standard and Scale include 2 revision rounds.
