Q: Is registration guaranteed?
A: No. EUIPO decides whether to accept an application, and third parties may oppose it. A preliminary search helps identify potential conflicts but cannot eliminate all risks.
Q: What happens if the search identifies a potential conflict?
A: We discuss the findings before filing. If you decide not to proceed, we agree on how to handle the unused filing work through Fiverr.
Q: Are objections, oppositions or additional classes included?
A: No. These require a separate assessment and quote.
