Configuration of Dynamics Field Service that helps you plan your resources, work, and proactive maintenance.

Basic scope includes:

Introduction workshop (2 hours)

Installation of Field Service and general configuration of Field Service Module (Priorities, Postal Codes, Territories).

Configuration of Work Orders (Service Tasks, Work Order Types, Incident Types, KB Articles, Resolution detail). 

Configuration of Resource Scheduling Optimization (Goals, Scopes, and Schedules). 

Configuration of inventory and purchasing (warehouses, inventory, RMA, price lists, invoicing, taxes).

Training of administrator (2 hours).

We can cooperate after this basic setup on further customizations or integrations with 3rd party systems (actual work is charged separately).
